To ensure that Color Vision is meeting and exceeding expectations, we can collaborate with your key contacts to develop an annual account plan that details goals, objectives, and how and when specific actions will take place. Once an account plan has been agreed upon by both parties, we have an environment that encourages a true productive partnership with free-flowing communication channels.

Our Approach

Research
By working hand in hand with your company's key contacts, Color Vision will gather the necessary information that will help us to understand your promotional product history, your goals and objectives for your corporate promotional products program, and your business goals and how you feel we can help. This information then flows into an Color Vision internal document called a "Business Requirements Document" or BRD.

Development
Based on the data recorded in the BRD, Color Vision begins to formulate an annual plan that encompasses your goals and objectives, your key promotional dates, your merchandising needs, and your target "market". The account annual plan consists of the following components:

1) Executive Summary
2) Goals and Objectives of the Program
3) Program Marketing & Merchandising Calendar
4) Custom Programs/Promotions/Offline Needs
5) Scope/Rules/Timing
6) Reporting

Execution
As defined in the account annual plan, the Color Vision account manager and the client key contacts are aware of all dates, roles, and responsibilities. In addition to the non-marketing aspects of the program, the Color Vision account manager and marketing department work together to continually monitor target "market" awareness, penetration, conversion and user satisfaction levels. Color Vision has many online and offline strategies and tools that have proven successful with many medium and large-scale clients. We will work with your key contact(s) to determine our most effective approach to continually raise the levels of online store participation and performance.

Measurement
In addition to providing online reporting regarding sales, Color Vision will monitor program activity through web tracking, campaign response rate, and comprehensive customer satisfaction tools. By utilizing these tools, Color Vision can better determine buying behavior, online store bottlenecks, perceived performance levels. The result is creating a pleasurable purchasing experience for the end user that is supported by exceptional levels of service and procures Total Customer Satisfaction.
